Is this like the point system? My sister is using weight watcher's point system and she has been encouraging me to do the same. How is it working for you?

Yes, it is the Weight Watchers point system. It is the only way I have ever successfully lost weight and kept it off. I am not a meeting person so I do it online. It is a little less expensive than going to meetings and I think a little less cumbersome tracking your points. I can't say enough about how much I love the program. Even when I have weeks where there are weddings, graduation parties, dinners out, etc., I can still stick to it...I just have to count my points. I don't feel deprived because I can have all my favorites...but in reasonable quantities. I've had to modify a lot of recipes in order to make it a lifestyle change but it's really changed the way I eat 99% of the time. If you have any other questions, please ask!
