First, the Good News!

I lost another TWO pounds this week. For this, I am grateful. Extremely grateful. However, I logged on to the Weight Watchers site and fed them said weight loss information. Guess what else I lost? Another two daily points!!! Unfair! Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Twenty daily points???? I'll starve to death, I tell you!

I better go eat some broccoli and simmer down.

Karen, did you gain weight when you first started running or did you just stall?

Ames, it's hard to tell because my weight changed every three minutes but I have to say that overall it pretty much just stalled. I had been walking fast/running for about 6 weeks before I had a real loss (as in the weight remained at that loss point all week).
